Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower florets and toss to coat them evenly.
Next, sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the oiled cauliflower, ensuring each piece is well covered.
Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is golden brown and crispy.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
