Rainbow Cocktail

Ingredients:

4 ounce pineapple juice

2 ounce Malibu Coconut Rum

1 ounce grenadine

1 ounce blue curacao

1 ounce water

Crushed ice

Instructions:

Pour grenadine into a hurricane glass.

Fill the glass with crushed ice or small cubes.

In a separate cup or shot glass, mix together the pineapple juice and Malibu.

Slowly pour the pineapple juice and coconut rum mixture into the hurricane glass.

In another cup, mix the water and blue curacao.

Put a spoon against the glass and pour the blue curaçao mix slowly over it so it will float on the yellow later.

Garnish with a lemon or orange slice.
