Ingredients:

 

1 pound of chicken breast (boneless, skinless) – diced into cubes

1 cup of freshly sliced carrots

1 cup of green peas (frozen)

1/2 cup of celery – thinly sliced

1/3 cup of creamy butter

1/3 cup of onions – finely chopped

1/3 cup of all-purpose flour

Seasonings: 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp celery seeds

1 3/4 cups of flavorful chicken broth
