White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
Ingredients:
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream the Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
Prepare the Dough: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Shape the Cookies: Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.
