Crunchy Bacon Chicken Ranch Wra
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Large flour tortillas
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Sprinkle in the flour and stir constantly for 1–2 minutes to make a roux.
- Gradually add a little water or chicken broth (optional) to thin the mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Add the diced chicken and bacon to the skillet and toss until well coated with the garlic butter mixture.
- Remove from heat, then stir in the ranch dressing and chopped parsley.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add some of the chicken-bacon mixture in the center, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and wrap it tightly.
- Heat a clean skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
