Crunchy Bacon Chicken Ranch Wra

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Large flour tortillas

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Sprinkle in the flour and stir constantly for 1–2 minutes to make a roux.
  3. Gradually add a little water or chicken broth (optional) to thin the mixture, stirring until smooth.
  4. Add the diced chicken and bacon to the skillet and toss until well coated with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Remove from heat, then stir in the ranch dressing and chopped parsley.
  6. Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add some of the chicken-bacon mixture in the center, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and wrap it tightly.
  7. Heat a clean skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Slice in half and serve warm.
