Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad Sandwic
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
⅓ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup finely diced celery
¼ cup finely chopped green onions (optional)
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
4 ciabatta rolls or croissants, sliced and lightly toasted
Lettuce leaves and tomato slices, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
Combine the Mix-Ins:
In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, bacon, cheddar, celery, and green onions.
Make the Dressing:
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ranch dressing, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and black pepper.
Combine and Mix:
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture. Stir well until everything is evenly coated and creamy.
