Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients:

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/2 cup chopped onion

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)

– 2 tablespoons melted butter

– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.

3. Stir in salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

4. Stir in shredded mozzarella and half of the Parmesan cheese.

5. Separate biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle.

6. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle.

7. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal completely.

8. Place the sealed dough balls seam side down on a greased baking sheet.

9. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

10. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.

11. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
