Frozen Purslane Cubes – Natural Remedy & Kitchen Essentia

Ingredients:

1 bunch of fresh purslane (cleaned and washed)

A little water (just to help with blending)

Juice of half a lemon (optional, for extra preservation and health benefits)

1–2 tablespoons of olive oil (optional)

1–2 garlic cloves (optional, for flavor and health)

Preparation Steps:

1. Clean the purslane:

Remove thick stems, and keep the leaves and soft stems only.

Wash thoroughly with cold water and drain.

2. Blend the ingredients:

Add the cleaned purslane into a blender.

Add just enough water to make blending easier.

You can also add lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic if desired.

3. Freeze into cubes:

Pour the blended mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.

Freeze until solid.

Once frozen, transfer the cubes to a ziplock bag or airtight container and keep in the freezer.

How to Use Frozen Purslane Cubes:
