Sure! Here’s the  Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Tater Tot Cones

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 24 frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sour cream or ranch, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place tater tots on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 20 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in ketchup and mustard. Mix well and remove from heat.
  4. Arrange the baked tater tots in a cone shape on a serving plate. Spoon the beef mixture over the tots.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. Add crumbled bacon on top.
  7. Serve hot with sour cream or ranch on the side for dipping.
