Very Berry Frozen Cream Pie

Ingredients

1 pre-made graham cracker crust
2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fresh berries for garnish

Directions

1. Grab a mixing bowl and whip the heavy cream until you see lovely stiff peaks.
2. In a separate bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until everything is nicely blended.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture, being careful not to deflate that creamy goodness.
4. Add your mixed berries to the bowl and gently fold until the berries are distributed evenly.
5. Pour this wonderful berry mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth out the top with a spatula.
6. Pop the pie into the freezer and let it set for at least 4 hours, or until it’s nice and firm.
7. When you’re ready to serve, let the pie sit at room temperature for just a few minutes so it’s easy to slice. Garnish each slice with fresh berries and enjoy!
