Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients:
2 packages crescent rolls
1 package cooked sausage (crumbled)
1 envelope country gravy mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4–6 large eggs
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large pizza pan or baking sheet.
2. Open the crescent roll packages and unroll the dough. Arrange the triangles in a circle on the pizza pan, overlapping slightly to form a crust base. Press the seams together to seal.
3. Prepare the gravy according to the package directions. Spread the hot gravy evenly over the crescent roll crust.
4. Sprinkle the cooked sausage crumbles evenly over the gravy layer.
5. Add the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top of the sausage
6. Gently crack the eggs directly over the pizza, spacing them out evenly.
7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown, the cheese is melted, and the eggs are cooked to your liking.
9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
