Deep-Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Wonton Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
20 wonton wrappers
1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
Vegetable oil, for frying
Additional powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions:
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold in chopped strawberries gently.
Place 1 tsp filling in center of each wonton wrapper.
Brush edges with beaten egg, fold diagonally into a triangle, and seal tightly.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Fry wontons in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
