Cucumber Ranch BLT Salad
Ingredients :
3 cups sliced cucumbers
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Optional: 2 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers and halved cherry tomatoes.
In a separate bowl, whisk together ranch dressing and mayonnaise until fully blended and smooth.
Pour the dressing over the cucumber and tomato mixture. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Add crumbled bacon and toss once more to combine.
If using, fold in chopped lettuce just before serving for extra volume and crunch.
Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, or chill for 10–15 minutes for enhanced flavor.
