CONDENSED MILK PECAN PIE
ingredients:
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup whole pecans (for topping, optional)
1/4 tsp salt
instructions:
1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
2.In a medium bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, melted butter, and salt until smooth
3.Stir in chopped pecans
4.Pour filling into the unbaked pie crust and smooth the top
5.Arrange whole pecans on top, if desired, for decoration
6.Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the center is set and a knife inserted near the middle comes out clean
7.Cool completely before slicing and serving
