Christmas Chocolate Kahlua & Bailey’s Pudding Shots

Ingredients:

1 cup cold milk
½ cup Baileys Irish Cream
½ cup Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 (3.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
Chocolate shavings, crushed candy canes, or sprinkles (for garnish)
Optional: mini chocolate chips or festive shot glasses

Directions:

Mix the Liquids: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cold milk, Baileys, and Kahlua. Whisk until well blended.
Add the Pudding: Add the instant chocolate pudding mix and whisk for 2–3 minutes until smooth and thickened.
Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and the mixture is light and fluffy.
Fill the Shots: Spoon or pipe the pudding mixture into small plastic shot cups or festive dessert shooters. Smooth the tops.
Chill: Refrigerate the pudding shots for at least 1–2 hours to firm up.
Garnish and Serve: Just before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings, crushed candy canes, mini chocolate chips, or holiday sprinkles. Serve chilled.
