Honey Butter Skillet Cor

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 (16 oz) bag frozen corn, thawed
2 oz cream cheese, softened
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and honey together until smooth and bubbly (about 2 minutes).
Add the corn and stir to coat evenly in the honey butter mixture (about 1 minute).
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender and heated through.
Add the cream cheese and stir until fully melted and creamy (2 to 3 minutes).
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
