Joes Crab Shack Crab Dip
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese softened
One half cup mayonnaise
One half cup sour cream
1 cup lump crab meat
One half cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
One half cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
One half teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Step 1 Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.
Step 2 Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Add the lump crab meat, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
Step 3 Bake the Dip
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Step 4 Serve
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
