Air Fryer Cheesy Tortilla Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
½ teaspoon dried oregano
Salt to taste
Directions:
Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic together.
Brush one side of each tortilla generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over two tortillas, then top with grated Parmesan, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt.
Place the remaining two tortillas on top, buttered side up, to create two tortilla “sandwiches.”
Carefully place one tortilla sandwich in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 4–5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
Remove carefully and repeat with the second tortilla sandwich.
Garnish with chopped parsley before slicing into wedges and serving warm.
