Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb (680g) beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed beef broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sour cream
8 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened, about 4 minutes.
Add the beef strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned on all sides.
Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk the flour into the sour cream until smooth. Gradually stir this mixture into the skillet.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens.
Serve the beef mixture over cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
